# Booking Policies

 
### Cancellation and reservations:

 
**FREE rate**

 
### high season

 
Cancellation : From **06/06** to **17/09** cancel or reschedule free of charge up to**5** days before arrival date. Reschedulable up to **5** days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge **30** % of the total amount of the reservation. In case of no-show, the hotel will charge **100** % of the total amount of the reservation.

 
Payment: In order to guarantee the reservation, regardless of the season, the hotel will request a deposit of **30** % of the total amount of the reservation, via a secure Reduniq link, bank transfer or MBWay. Payment details will be sent by the hotel. The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

  
### Low season

 
Cancellation: From **01/01**to **05/06** and **18**/**09**to **31**/**12** cancel or reschedule free of charge up to **1** day before arrival date. Reschedulable up to **1** day before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge **30** % of the total amount of the reservation. In case of no-show, the hotel will charge **100** % of the total amount of the reservation.

Cancellation
 Non-refundable in case of cancellation or no show. Rescheduling available.
 Low season (from **01**/**01** to **05**/**06** and from **19**/**09** to **31**/**12**): Reschedule free of charge until **1** day prior to arrival date.
 High season (from **06/06** to **18**/**09**): Reschedule free of charge up to **5** days prior to arrival date.

  
Payment of the entire amount at the time of booking. Payment can be made throught a secure link from Reduniq, by bank transfer or MBWAY.
 Payment details will be sent by the hotel.
