Booking Policies

Cancellation and reservations:
- When booking the Best Available Rate the cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours. Except during the period from July 15th to August 31st, which cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days. After this period will be charged the total amount of the reservation
- All other rates are non-refundable
- In case of no-show will be charged the full reservation
- Special offers have specific cancellation policies and should be consulted individually
- At the time of booking, as a guarantee, the credit card will be required
- VAT included in all rates

Children and extra beds:
- Children up to 2 years old: free cot stay
- Children from 3 to 12 years: €35 per night in an extra bed (with breakfast included)
- Cot and extra bed bookings are on request and subject to confirmation of availability
- Maximum age of children in extra bed: 12 years

Others:
- Check-in time 03.00 pm
- Check-out time at noon
- Pets allowed €20 per day/animal up to 10KG (only one per room)
- Non smoking hotel (except in authorized zones)
